This patented heating system for whirlpool baths captures and recycles the waste heat "energy" produced by the pump/motor and delivers that heat to the bath water. The Thermal Wrap system will maintain water temperature and prevent heat loss caused by the whirlpool action. Even if your using and an existing electric heater the "Thermal Wrap" Heat Transfer Kit can provide an additional auxiliary heat source.
Easy "Snap On" installation. No special tools required, it takes only a few minutes to install. Kits are complete with tubing, clamps and if required barbed adaptor unions.
Three port models available for whirlpool bath pump/motors requiring 100% drain down and for spa pump/motor requiring only 2 port models. Available in various lengths to take maximum advantage of total pump/motor surface, including 48 and 56 frame motors with external start capacitor(s).
Many pump manufactures supply their pumps with "Thermal Wrap" connection ports already molded and built in to the pump. For those manufactures who don't, we supply Double and Single barbed adaptor unions to make the installation quick and easy.
